Parking
There are parking spaces in front of the facility and there is ample parking in the business complex.
When you arrive
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete and discuss the required paperwork. New clients are required to complete the “Client Intake Form”. If you have been here before, you will be required to complete the form again, if any of your conditions have changed.
Reservations
You may call for a reservation or submit a request for a reservation from our contact us website page. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. However, you may pay with cash or other credit cards at the end of your visit.
Cancellation Policy
We require a twenty-four hour notice to cancel any spa appointment. In the event of a no-show, 100% of your appointment fee will be charged to your credit card.
Payment
We accept cash and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card , Debit Cards and Checks).
Instant Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You can choose from a variety of designs and customize the look of your certificate.
Products
Skin care products used in our hair salon or for facials, tanning and nail care are available for purchase.
Facility for Rent
The Royal Treatment Day Spa and Salon of Chattanooga facility can be rented for small gatherings of 20 people or less. It’s a great place for a small birthday party, bridal shower, reunion, planning meetings, etc. For available dates and pricing, please call our office at (423) 752-3015
